Private Label

Your Brand on the Bottle

Private Label Lubricant Manufacturing

We Manufacture. You Sell. Nobody Sees Us.

ARI OIL has been blending lubricants in Istanbul since 1974, and most of what leaves our plant carries someone else's name. We hold no distribution rights in your market and supply no retail channel — so the product we make for you never turns up competing against you.

How It Works

Six Steps From Enquiry to Loaded Container

No stage of this happens outside our building except the shipping itself. That is the whole point of working with a manufacturer rather than a trader.

Request a Quote
  1. 01

    Enquiry

You tell us the products, the volumes, the packaging and the destination market. We come back with a specification proposal and an indicative price — usually within two working days.

  2. 02

    Formulation & Sample

We build the formula around your market's fuel quality, climate and target specification, then produce a sample with a full laboratory report. You test it before committing to anything.

  3. 03

    Packaging & Artwork

Bottle, cap, seal, label type, carton and pallet configuration are specified together. Our design team prepares the artwork and you approve a digital proof before anything is printed.

  4. 04

    Production

Blending and filling in Tuzla, against the approved formulation and the approved artwork. Every batch sampled and released by our own laboratory.

  5. 05

    Documentation

TDS, SDS, certificate of analysis, certificate of origin, and EUR.1 or ATR where preferential trade applies. SONCAP, PVoC or COC arranged where your market requires pre-shipment inspection.

  6. 06

    Shipping

Loaded and dispatched from Istanbul on your Incoterm. You receive the paperwork before the container reaches your port, not after.

Already Have a Brand?

If you are importing someone else's product today, send us the technical data sheet and your current landed cost. We will tell you plainly whether we can improve on it — and if we cannot, we will say so.

Starting From Nothing?

Brand name, bottle, label, product range and launch sequence — we have taken customers through all of it. Most begin with two or three SKUs and grow the range once the brand is moving.
