Our plant sits in the Kimyacılar Organised Industrial Zone in Tuzla, Istanbul — the chemical manufacturing district on the Asian side of the city, thirty minutes from Ambarlı and within reach of every container terminal serving the Marmara region. Base oil arrives by road tanker from TÜPRAŞ Aliağa, goes into our blending tanks, comes out as finished product, gets filled, labelled, palletised and loaded, all inside the same site.
That matters more than it sounds. A large share of the lubricant "manufacturers" a brand owner meets are traders who subcontract the blending, which means an extra margin, an extra handover and nobody who can answer a technical question without making a phone call. When you ask us why a batch behaved a certain way, the person who blended it is in the next building.

From Road Tanker to Loaded Container

Base Oil Intake & Storage
Base oil is received by road tanker from TÜPRAŞ Aliağa and held in dedicated storage before use. Incoming material is checked on arrival rather than assumed — a blend is only ever as good as what goes into the tank, and re-refined or recycled stock never enters our system.

Blending
Additive packages are dosed to the approved formulation and blended to specification. Every production run is tied to a batch record that stays with the product, so a shipment made eighteen months from now can be traced back to the exact formulation, the exact additive lot and the exact operator.

Filling & Packaging
Filling into plastic bottles from 500 ml to 20 L, 208 L steel drums, IBCs and bulk road tanker. Labelling, induction sealing, cartoning and palletising happen on site, to the packaging specification agreed before the run.

Testing & Release
No batch leaves without a laboratory release. Viscosity at 40 °C and 100 °C, viscosity index, flash point, pour point, density and TBN are checked against the approved specification, and the certificate of analysis for that batch travels with the goods.

Manufacturing Questions
01. Do you blend everything yourselves, or subcontract?
Everything listed on this site is blended and filled at our own plant in Tuzla. We do not subcontract production and we do not resell someone else's blend under our name.
02. Can I visit the plant before placing an order?
Yes, and we encourage it for anything beyond a first trial order. Most of our long-term customers have walked the site. Tell us when you are in Istanbul and we will arrange it.
03. Where does your base oil come from?
TÜPRAŞ Aliağa, Turkey's largest refiner, delivered by road tanker. It is virgin base oil in every case — we do not use re-refined or recycled stock in any product, in any grade, at any price point.
04. Can you produce to my own formulation?
Yes. If you arrive with a formulation you already own, we will produce to it under contract blending terms. If you arrive with a target specification instead, we will develop the formula ourselves and the formulation remains ours.
