Passenger Car Engine Oils, Gear Oils and Transmission Fluids
Our automotive range covers everything that goes into a passenger car or light commercial vehicle other than fuel — full synthetic and semi-synthetic engine oils, mineral multigrades, manual and hypoid gear oils, and automatic transmission fluids. Every product is blended in Tuzla, Istanbul from 100% virgin base oil and packaged under the customer's own brand.
The automotive category is where private label competition is hardest, because the buyer at the counter compares your bottle against the bottle next to it. That comparison is decided by three things: the specification printed on the back label, how the bottle looks and feels in the hand, and the price you can hold. We build the formula to hit the specification your market recognises, produce the packaging that lets you sit where you want on the shelf, and keep the cost structure transparent so you know exactly what you are paying for base oil, additive and packaging. Products range from full synthetic 0W/20 and 5W/30 grades for modern turbocharged and direct-injection engines down to SAE 30, 40 and 50 monogrades for older vehicle parcs — and we will tell you honestly which one your market actually needs rather than selling you the premium grade by default.
01. Full Synthetic Engine Oils
Our GOLD range — 0W/20, 5W/30 and 5W/40 — formulated for turbocharged, multi-valve and direct-injection petrol and diesel engines. API SM/CF and ACEA A3/B3/B4/C2/C3 performance, with MB 229.31 and VW 504.00/507.00 claims. Catalyst and DPF compatible, with the low-friction characteristics modern engines need for fuel economy targets.
02. Semi-Synthetic Engine Oils
The SILVER range in 10W/30 and 10W/40 — the volume seller in most markets we ship to. Synthetic base oils with high-performance additives, API SL/CF and ACEA A2/B2, A3/B3 performance, MB 229.31 and VW 500.00/505.00. Strong oxidation stability and deposit control at a price point that works for the mid-market shelf.
03. Mineral Multigrade & Monograde Oils
The VIP range in 15W/40 and 20W/50 for older petrol engines and high-mileage fleets, and the GEMA and ADD monogrades in SAE 30, 40 and 50 for markets where single-grade oil is still standard. High TBN, detergent-dispersant packages and thermal stability built for high ambient temperatures and variable fuel quality.
04. Gear Oils & Transmission Fluids
API GL-1, GL-4 and GL-5 gear oils in SAE 80W, 80W/90, 85W/140 and 140 for gearboxes, differentials and hypoid drives, plus ATF Dexron II and Dexron III automatic transmission fluids meeting Allison C4, ZF-TE-ML, VOITH G607 and MB 236.9 / 326.9 requirements.
Frequently Asked Questions
1. Can you produce automotive lubricants under my own brand?
Yes — that is the majority of what we manufacture. You supply the brand, we supply the formulation, the bottle, the label and the export documentation. We hold no distribution rights in your market and sell to no retail channel, so nothing we produce for you competes with you.
2. Which API and ACEA specifications can you meet?
Our current automotive range covers API SM, SL and SJ on the petrol side and CF, CI-4 and CH-4 on the diesel side, with ACEA A2/B2 through A3/B4 and C2/C3. If your market requires a newer specification — API SP or SN Plus, ACEA C5 or C6 — tell us at the enquiry stage and we will formulate and quote to that level rather than substituting a lower grade.
3. What packaging sizes are available for automotive products?
Plastic bottles in 1 L, 4 L, 5 L and 20 L, plus 208 L drums, IBCs and bulk. Bottle shape, cap colour, induction seal, label type — wrap, sleeve or self-adhesive — carton count and pallet configuration are all specified with you before production.
4. What is the minimum order for a private label automotive oil?
Minimum quantities depend on grade and packaging, and are set per SKU rather than per order. Most customers begin with two or three grades and expand the range once the brand is moving. Send us your product list and target volumes and we will confirm exact minimums within one working day.
5. How long does a first order take?
Sample formulation and laboratory report first, then artwork approval, then production. Timing depends on grade, packaging availability and order size — we give you a firm schedule with the quotation rather than an optimistic estimate we cannot hold.
6. What documentation ships with the goods?
Technical data sheet and safety data sheet for every product, a certificate of analysis for each production batch, and a certificate of origin. EUR.1 or ATR movement certificates for preferential trade, plus SONCAP, PVoC or COC support for markets requiring pre-shipment inspection.
